Users, Reporting & Credits

Enthusem Support March 22, 2010

The first thing you may want to do is setup users. Go to Dashboard>Manage Users. While we’re on this page, let’s go over reporting. You’ll probably notice you’re the only user on here now…we’ll change that in a minute…but first, let’s take a look. When you do have some users, this is where you’ll see their activity:

  • Mailers: how many mailers this user has sent
  • Attachments: how many of the mailers had attachments
  • Pickups: how many of the recipients entered their pickup code to retrieve their attachment
  • Pickup %: the percentage of recipients that were sent attachments that entered their pickup code
  • Credits: number of credits assigned to this user

Ok, let’s add some users now so they can start sending cards and generating some business for your company:

  • On the manage users page, click Add Users
  • Type in up to 10 email addresses of people you would like to add as users
  • If you would like to include a message such as, “This is that awesome tool we just bought that’s going to help you increase your sales, get started now!” it will be included in the email that goes out to the users letting them know that they’ve been granted access to Enthusem. The email will ask them to login with their temporary password, set a new password and update their address information (this will be used as their return address).
  • All additional users will be setup by default as sales user so if you want to give them access to add other users, disperse credits, etc – they’ll need to be an admin. Just go into Manage Users and click their email address to change their role.

Now that you have some users, let’s give them credits so they can send some cards! (watch video)

  • Go to Dashboard>Buy and Manage Credits
  • Scroll to the bottom where you’ll see Assign Credits
  • Shared credits: this is the shared credits pool, anything in this pool is accessible to all users in your account
  • You will likely see 0 shared credits, if that’s the case, the credits are all in your user account.
  • Select your email address from the dropdown box.
  • Type in the number of credits you’d like to pull out of your user account and put into the shared credits (either to leave in shared or to assign to other users), click Retrieve.
  • This puts the credits back into the shared pool
  • From here, you can leave them in the shared pool or you can assign them to users.
  • To assign to other users, select their name from the dropdown box and click assign.
  • Note: each card is worth 3 credits so make sure you give them enough!
  • Also Note: any credits left in the shared pool will be accessible to users once they use up their user credits. If you don’t want them to have access to the leftover credits, assign them to yourself or another admin.
