You can customize your recipient’s experience by branding the cards and the pickup page for your users and company.
Custom Header & Footer
On the cards, you can add a custom header and footer image for each user. Once you add the header and footer, the images are printed on every card for the user. The header is printed on the inside top panel of the card and is where your recipient will find their pickup code information. You can customize this area to use your company’s branding, logos, colors, whatever you want! Just use our header template to ensure you’re following our guidelines so your pickup codes print correctly! Click here for instructions and templates.
The footer goes at the very bottom of the card, beneath your message. Most people use this for their signature and contact info…makes the cards feel a bit more personal if there’s a real signature at the bottom. If you don’t have a digital signature, a simple script or handwriting font usually does the trick! Click here for instructions and templates or click here to use our signature generator.

Custom Pickup Page
A pickup page is the url that your recipients will go to enter their pickup code and retrieve the online attachment you left for them. The pickup page url automatically prints on the inside top panel of your cards any time you select an attachment while creating your card. (watch video)
By default, your pickup page will be pickuppage.com…but we want you to brand YOUR company, not ours! Follow these few simple steps to setup a pickup page on your company’s website…or pass the info along to your web department. It’s a very easy process that should take them no longer than 15-30 minutes. If you don’t have a web department to do this for you, we can set it up on one of our servers for a nominal fee, just contact us at support@enthusem.com to request pricing.
- Request that your web department create a new page on your server, something like www.yourdomain.com/pickup would be perfect.
- We recommend stripping out any and all unnecessary navigation and links, the more info, the less chance a recipient will enter a pickup code.
- Place the form code found on Admin>Custom Pickup Page into the html of your web page
- This form code will create a pickup box on your web page, it can be stylized however you wish to give it the look and feel of your website, however any changes to the form action could result in your pickup page not functioning properly.
- Once the web page is up and tested (you can test any pickup code in the box or simply just click the submit form, if the response says a valid pickup code was not entered, it’s working properly) enter the url of the page under Step 2 on Admin>Custom Pickup Page and click Update.
- This will change the pickup page for all users under your account.
- The postback url is not necessary when using the custom pickup page.
- NOTE: Please do not use frames to create your pickup page. The pickup codes will register to Enthusem as a hit but will not redirect to your attachment.
Postback URL
This is an advanced function that enables you to push response data from Enthusem to other web applications such as a CRM system. If you have a developer on staff, they can use this feature free of charge. Have your developer visit http;//developer.enthusem.com to learn more and to view our API documentation. The postback url is not necessary when using the custom pickup page.
