Does my login information still work?

Yes. Enthusem Version 5 uses the same database as the existing site, so your same username and password will still work.

Do I need to create a new account?

No, you don't need to create a new account. Your existing login will work and all your info carried over.

Is all of my info converted over?

Yes. Enthusem Version 5 uses the same database as the existing site so your credits, contacts, mailing history, mailing lists, attachments, message templates, users...everything will already be in there when you login for the first time!

How long will the old site be up?

The old site will be up until about mid December. Feel free to use it until then but we recommend getting familiar with the new site asap!

Can I use the new site and the old site at the same time?

Yes. Enthusem Version 5 uses the same database as the existing site so anything you do on the old site will be accessible via the new site and vice versa.

What's changed in Enthusem Version 5?

The new version of Enthusem was built to replicate the current functionality…so you won’t see a lot of functional changes. We put a fresh user interface on it and completely rebuilt the backend. This will eliminate the timeout and error messages you’ve experienced and enable us to quickly add additional functionality to future releases, build mobile apps and integrate with popular platforms that you may already be using (like SalesForce.com).

Do you have training?

Absolutely but you may find you don't even need it! Click here to view training information.
