8/15/13 - Fixed: Mailing History Discrepancy

There was a slight discrepancy in the count of responses on the mailing history page. This has been fixed but please note that as of now, this count still includes canceled mailers. So if you send a mailer, hit the pickup code and cancel the mailer, it will still count as a response at this time.
