BUG: Dashboard shows responses for canceled & processing mailers but these numbers were not reflected in the response rate so the number of responses in the list didn't match up to the number displayed on the dashboard.
Now, once a mailer is canceled it will now show up on the dashboard as a response and continues to not be reflected in the response rate.
If a mailer is processing it will not show in the list or in the results until it is marked as "Mailed" (on the day it mails).
