How to format my contact list for uploading

Please download the file to obtain the CSV template for uploading a contact list into Enthusem.  However, not all of the fields listed in the template are required to successfully mail an Enthusem card. Below shows the fields that are required:

• First Name
• Last Name
• Address 1
• City
• State
• Zip
• Country (If mailing outside of the United States)
• Organization
• Website (If using the mass screenshot feature)
