After you read a great article or blog post

Take a picture or screenshot of it! Even better if you can take a sticky note, write 'Great Article' on it, then take the picture. We do this internally and get GREAT results from it. Who wouldn't want to open a card that has a picture of their article on it...especially if someone's complimenting it!
