Users can export a list of Attachment URLs from their Mailing History with the access code embedded so it will track in Enthusem and direct the recipient to their appropriate attachment. This is helpful if you'd like to do an email campaign as a follow up to a mailer.
Simply include the Attachment URL as a link in your email and when the recipient visits it, they will be immediately redirected to their Attachment, without the need to enter their access code manually. This will log as a response in Enthusem and trigger appropriate alerts.
To export your list:
- Go to Mailing History
- Click one of the links in the columns
- Modify Filter Options as needed
- Click Export to CSV
- You'll find the Attachment URL appended as one of the last columns in the list
