Using your own Access / Pickup Page

On the inside of each mailer you send with an attachment, a URL is printed along with a unique code that your recipient can use to access the attachment. By default the URL points back to one of our domain names but you can change that so that users are directed to a page on your website.

1. Copy and paste the html form code below onto a page in your website, be sure not to modify the form action or method:

2. Go to your Custom Pickup Page Settings in Enthusem
3. Enter the URL for your page under External Access Page URL and click Update

To test, you can enter the code ABC123 on your page. If you see a sample video, you know it's working!

When the code is entered, it will trigger a response in Enthusem and if you are using an integration, will trigger your integration.
