1/3/17: Retry Failed Mailers w/ Another Template

Sometimes mailers fail as part of a batch, for example: the Mailer Template uses a website screenshot and the contact doesn't have a website on their contact record or Enthusem is unable to find a social media profile image based on the contact's email address.

You can retry sending those failed mailers using a different Mailer Template

  • Let your mailers finish on the Batch Review screen
  • Click Failed
  • Next to Retry click the down arrow
  • Select the Mailer Template you would like to use for the Failed Mailers
  • A new batch will begin
  • If you have Failed Mailers again, you can continue to repeat this process

Note: this feature is only available from the Batch Review screen.
