Setting up Slack for Enthusem Alerts – Support

You can setup Enthusem to send response alerts to a Slack Channel in just a few steps.

Here's how you do it:

Create a Slack channel, make sure to invite all users that need to get the response alerts
Go to the Email App in Slack
Click Add Configuration
Choose the new channel you created
Copy the email address
In Enthusem, go to Settings and click Pickup Alerts
Paste the email address in the Email Alert Recipients box
When a contact gets their Enthusem mailer and enters their code, you will see the email alert posted to your Slack channel!inte
